Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to comment both theoretical knowledge and empirical research on issues of forming, in today’s economic reality, the relational competitive advantage with use of components such as localization of organization and its virtualization. The main postulate included in the study indicates that presently probably the best (and maybe the only one) way to create a strong competitive position is by taking participation in networks and building vast systems of relationships (on both real and virtual plane / area of action), not only with allies and strategic partners, but also with customers and market rivals. With this in mind, in the light of the analysis of theoretical knowledge and the results of own research, it should be noted that the role of physical localization of the organization, and skillful usage of instruments of localization virtualization deserves special attention while debating the issue of creation of organization relational competitive advantage.
