Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the article is to show the idea of global governance, as direction of development of the international order in the XXI century. The author, at the beginning, characterizes globalization and its influence on a shape of the world in the first decade of our century. Next, there is a description of the global governance, as an idea inscribed in the logic of development on the global arena.
