Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the study of preferences of purchasers using PROFIT analysis. The aim of this paper is to indicate the applicability of this method in mapping the perception of customer service elements and the benefits of using it. This method allows you to identify the preferences of your audience from the point of view of certain variables.
