Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a study that aimed at recognizing relationships between the creativity of employees of family firms and specific motivators: including financial rewards, integration meetings, development support and periodic employee assessment. In order to fulfill this aim, a survey was distributed amongst a sample of 353 family enterprises operating in Poland. The study concludes that employees of family enterprises present their ideas and initiatives related to the functioning of the company twice as likely when the enterprise supports the development of its employees, and when it organises integration meetings for them. The study shows that independent variables determining the employee creativity in family enterprises include (i) support for employee development and (ii) organization of corporate integration meetings.
