THE REVIEW OF THE JUDGEMENT OT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF SLOVENIA U - I – 146/07 – 34

Summary/Abstract: In this paper, author deals with the issue of exercising the right to access to justice, by analyzing the proceedings in front of Constitutional Court of Slovenia initiated upon the petition of a blind person. Throughout the analyses of allegations of interested parties and a normative review of documents in this field, it is seen that persons with disabilities are in unequal position in their right to conduct written procedural acts. The author also refers to the legislative solutions given in the comparative law in order to propose the change of the existing legislation.
