Summary/Abstract: The paper presents four management models of a scientific-technological park built on the basis of the in-depth analysis results of fifteen selected parks in the world. The basic functions of the park were discussed as well as the pros and cons of each model showing the possibilities for their further development. The reference was made to the Polish conditions, indicating that two corporate and network models are the most suitable for Poland. The corporate model based on the active cooperation of technical universities and public and private entities is, according to the authors, the most suitable for use in the case of science and technology parks located near a technical university. The corporate model is an alternative to the network model which allows to create science and technology parks with a dispersed spatial structure.
