Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the role of project management (PM) in construction and implementation of innovation strategy. The design approach for innovation strategy involves the use of PM concepts and methods and combines new models of this strategy with new trends in strategic management. The main effects are greater flexibility and efficiency in creating corporate strategy.
