Summary/Abstract: This is the second and last part of the article. It presents the deployment and completion of these secret negotiations, the role of Romania in supporting these negotiations, the Lessons Learned and the importance of the sino-US secret negotiations held between 1968 and 1979 for the contemporary World Order. A special part of this article presents the tactics, methods and techniques of diplomatic negotiations used by the two parties in the process of their secret negotiations.
