Summary/Abstract: The article considers the problems of measurement and methods of calculation of production fluctuations by means of the decision-making approach. The problem was considered, when the production had a mass character. In the situation, in which there is no possibility of estimation of mean level of fluctuations, a construction of multi-equation econometric model that describes the influence of selected factors on production fluctuations was proposed. Estimation of such model gives chances on identification of basic factors generating these fluctuations.
