Summary/Abstract: The effect of physical activity on sexual health is complex and ambiguous. This literature review explores these issue on the basis of recent reports on the role of sport in the prevention and treatment of sexual dysfunction, hypogonadism in sportsmen and the impact of cycling on sexual function.
