Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the subject of the educational process, namely its ability to effective learning, which it is proposed to introduce the test medical center Boston University definition of stress. A specific topic is an analytical approach to the application of the method of research – descriptive: mapping for analysis, synthesis and generalization of the test stress that will make it possible to significantly improve the absorption of the leading theoretical discipline with the dominant stress such areas of human consciousness, as thinking, intelligence. Scientific novelty. For the first time provided the implementation in practice of the original, innovative test stress, focusing attention on problem-based learning with the presence of reactions of pleasure, positive emotions, absence of negative stress, which is necessary for formation of professional competences. Conclusion. Introduction in educational process of the test definition stress medical center Boston University will give the opportunity to reach the leading interests of the pathophysiology of deep knowledge of the General laws of development of the disease, preexisting, disregulation of pathological processes, to ensure the leading role of pathophysiology in the formation at students of bases of clinical thinking and to perform the function of the methodology of clinical disciplines with the opportunity to substantially improve the quality of teaching leading theoretical discipline.
