Considerations on the representation of territorial administrative units and local public administration authorities

Summary/Abstract: The article proposes the analysis of the institution of the representation of the administrative-territorial units and the local public administration authorities in court, in light of the premises of article 84(1) Civil Procedure Code, according to which "legal persons can be represented conventionally before the court only by legal counsel or lawyer, under the law".
