Summary/Abstract: Reverse logistics is a very broad concept. We include goods returns, packaging recycling, recycling, disposals, etc. Nowadays, return logistics due to growing e-commerce is very important. This is the area of the company that regulates the high cost of transport and the launch of the dedicated product. The aim of the article is to present the process of medicine return logistics on the example of a pharmaceutical wholesaler. The article presents the idea of logistics of returns and the process and applied solutions in the described organization. Reverse logistics is a sensitive area for all businesses. Due to the legal regulations in the pharmaceutical industry, it is more complicated, so the solutions used are different from those in the other industries. The article has literare and empirical character.
