Summary/Abstract: The article highlights the creative work of guitar composers, the representatives of Lviv composer school Y. Stasiuk, M. Vihula, A. Andrushko in the context of modern Ukrainian guitar art. In the composers’ works for a solo guitar, guitar ensembles and instrumental ensembles with a guitar a synthesis of Ukrainian folklore elements and classic jazz is considered as one of the style features of modern guitar music of Lviv school composers.
