Summary/Abstract: Article 7 of the Act of 6 July 2001 on the preservation of the national character of the country’s strategic natural resources alone does not determine the rules for determining and paying compensation. The provisions of Article 7 of the Act cannot constitute a binding basis for an investigation in the way of civil damages for loss of property stocks listed in Article 1 of the Act. Despite the use of Article 7 of the Act the term “claim” in current law, to any entitlements to the beneficiaries named in Article 7 of the Act, civil law concept of limitation is not in general use.
