Summary/Abstract: Planning based on learning outcomes is a current demand of the reform at all levels of education. For its successful implementation, it is necessary to continuously and thoroughly plan the training of all educators in the educational process. The education on planning based on learning outcomes in Sarajevo Canton was realized for educators and teachers on two occasions. The first round of training was attended by the trainers over a period of 4 weeks, and then the trainers themselves were those who organized trainings in their institutions for other educators and teachers. In this paper, we will present some of the results of the research we conducted in the period April – May in 2017, which are related to the education that the educators and the teachers had in their instututions. The aim of the research was to examine the quality of the accomplished training and the needs of the respondents for additional education.The survey included educators from public and private kindergartens and teachers from elementary schools in Sarajevo Canton.
