Summary/Abstract: In article presents an extended analysis of the potential of the idea of "fatherhood" in the functioning of the institution of the President in the modern world the example of a comparative study of social relations, "father" of the type between the head of state and citizens in terms of long-and Post-modes, and modes of stable democracy. In the present study specified terminological definition of "institute president."
