Summary/Abstract: Submitted prezydentsializm consideration as a special manifestation institute president and his two main options – the liberal-democratic (of the American model) and authoritarian (for example, Afro-Asian model). Special attention is drawn to highlight trends prezydentsializmu transformation in modern conditions of political and socio-economic development in different countries and regions.
