Summary/Abstract: The defendant M.N. was arrested preventive for several months and prosecuted for assault offenses against morality and failure regarding weapons, because he entered the courtroom the Timis Court with a nonlethal gun ammunition.First instance sentenced the penalty resultant to 2 years, although a video registration official resulting lack of both offenses. The solution was quashed because of obvious errors legal employment, without entering on the merits, to evaluate evidence.
