Summary/Abstract: The article provides results of empirical research on Lithuania’s university employees’ attitudes towards particular communication satisfaction and job satisfaction items. The relationship between communication satisfaction and job satisfaction is explored too, and the positive correlation is determined. The statistical survey data analysis identified communicational and organizational strengths and revealed potential problem areas for improvement. Straipsnyje pateikiami empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: Lietuvos universitete buvo tiriamas darbuotojų pasitenkinimas komunikacija ir pasitenkinimas darbu. Tirtas ryšys tarp pasitenkinimo komunikacija ir pasitenkinimo darbu ir nustatyta teigiama koreliacija. Atlikus statistinę apklausos duomenų analizę išryškėjo pasitenkinimo komunikacija ir pasitenkinimo darbu universitete tendencijos; pateikiamos išvados komunikacijos ir organizacinių procesų gerinimui.
