Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the formal process of the performance appraisal in teams by analyzing scientific literature. There are identified and described three stages of the appraisal process, as well as presented the differences of appraisal in the work and service teams, the project teams, and the network teams. There is recommended to apply the 360- degree feedback assessment.
