Technology for Creating Educational Contents by Using Electronic Means for Training

Summary/Abstract: Practice shows that the electronic means are created chaotically without obeying to a clearly developed system which leads to unjustified mastering of additional methods for working with the technical and programme means, waste of time, creating in the trainees inadequate logical structure about the learned subject area. In the article we examine part of technology about creating unified electronic means, namely creating education contents.
