Summary/Abstract: The method blended learning is relatively new but interest in it is fast growing. This is mainly due to the fact that it combines in one traditional and innovative practices. In this article we analyze the pedagogical literature in this sphere for the last three years for the sake of finding an answer of the main question: Which are the most important factors for the successful use of blended learning courses? We think that the success of blended learning depends on the learning organization, the quality of the virtual environment and the extent of readiness of students and teachers to work in the virtual environment.
