EFFICIENT POLITICAL COMMUNICATION – PRECONDITION FOR DEVELOPMENT AND SECURITY OF EASTERN PARTNERSHIP STATES

Summary/Abstract: Communication, in general and the political one, is a critical feature for the contemporary society that in order to be efficient and resultative needs to respect the rule of three S: simplicity, show, substance. In this paper the author repositions the role of communication in ensuring stability for the social system at national and European level. The main ideas of the investigation are: the development of Eastern Partnership countries is conditioned by the dynamic stability of their political systems; efficient communication of the leaders of political institutions with the leaders of civil society, with the representatives of the electorate condition the installation and maintenance of the dynamic stability of the social system. The systemic analysis of the political and social reality from Eastern Partnership states enable the author to present justified conclusions regarding the possibility of these states to re-launch branches of national economies, to ensure economic growth and to solve social and security problems.
