Summary/Abstract: Schematic and stereotyped presentation and treatment of women, yet, in particular, a need to pursue perfection, constant auto-analysis, and devastating multitasking skills that dwell in them, have lead to evoking a strong need to break away from the burdens and restrictions. The answer is the emergence of Shero, a strong, independent woman. The process has been visualized with the example of the output of two editions of workshops for businesswomen. The relevance of accentuating the role of women and responding to their actual needs is not only socially justified but it also brings measurable economic effects. Profound recognition and understanding of contemporary women may constitute a starting point for a proper dialogue with them, thus contributing to building permanent market advantage of a company in a selected area and to adding to its value.
