Summary/Abstract: The author of the article raises the question of the position of the Polish Episcopate in the field of the care of the so-called marriage. Irregular, after the publication of the Amoris laetitia exhortation. He comes to the conclusion that we have a proposed document: Guidelines of the Polish Episcopate…, i prefer to maintain doctrinal continuity (respect for Tradition), but also will obey the teachings of the current Peter. The first position does not surprise him (he is happy), the other one, although it requires (yet) clarifications (clarification), due to the still existing polemics. It seems that granting an absolution (in principle) is possible to a person living in an objectively sinful situation when he or she is not (fully responsible) for it (eg because of ignorance and limitation of free will). However, already in the concretion (in practice), when we are talking about accompaniment by the priest, his accompaniment must be according to the doctrine of Familiaris consortio 84. For we cannot assume ignorance or bad will (ie we do not assume lawfulness). According to Amoris laetitia: “Understanding the exceptional situation can never mean hiding the light of a fuller ideal or proposing less than what Jesus offers to man”.
