Summary/Abstract: The article shows main considerations of behaviour of nowadays customers. The behaviour of households and their members is determined by the buying power, tastes, likes and other main determinants of nowadays customers. Some of these determinants have no direct influence from producers and distributors, and the others have only indirect influence. It is good when these determinants are well known to marketers.
