Summary/Abstract: "Candidate Teaching Process" is important in terms of contributing to organizational and professional harmony of teacher candidates. This process has continued from the republic with different applications. As of 1 March 2016, the Ministry of National Education has made a serious change in the candidate teaching process. The new process involves different applications. In this study, according to the opinions of the teachers, an evaluation of the candidate teaching period is made. This research is a qualitative study. The study group of the study consists of 37 candidate teachers participating in the research in Samsun and Sinop provinces. According to the findings of the research, the candidate teachers generally considered positive views of the school administrators on the candidacy process. They have benefited greatly from advisor teachers. They have stated that they have more experience in classroom management skills. In addition to these, indirect benefits are gained. Teachers reported that some problems are experienced in the implementation of the process.
