Summary/Abstract: Fethullah (Gulen) Movement, a religious group targeting political regime with a hidden network inside the state organs since 1990s, has accelerated its efforts by abusing its close relations with Ak Party at power in order to create a parallel shadow bureaucracy. Gulen network has framed many plots particularly targeting armed forces by generating illegal documents and proofs. In addition, they applied other methods such as illegal telephone tapping and deception in nationwide student examinations. In this article, it is focused on a situation analysis on fighting with FETO before and after 15 July 2016 period.
