Summary/Abstract: In this article the results of the researches concerning the requirements imposed by organization with implemented and certified management system for accredited bodies providing certification services have been presented. For identification and classification this requirements the Kano Model have been used. Study included 39 manufacturing and 33 service organizations of various industries with certified management system: quality, environmental or food safety.
