Customer satisfaction in public administration offices

Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to determine the satisfaction of visitors with the services provided by the public office on the example of the city council. After analyzing the results one may conclude that the clients of office shall be considered satisfied with the level of services rendered to them. The greatest satisfaction of visitors was recorded in relation to personnel operating a client. Some of the lower rated communication with the public authority and procedures for service to the public. Relatively poorly was rated office workflow.
