Student satisfaction. Evaluation of quality of education

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the quality of educational services at the tertiary level. The study used SERVQUAL method. The results showed that students are very demanding social group. Satisfaction of students in accordance with the adopted methodology fared very poorly. Gaps quality values are very different from expectations. Students are rather disappointed. It is worth noting that no distinguishing quality does not even come close to the level worthy of acceptance
