The functions of staff in logistics enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the functions of management and the management of the staff process. Particular notice is paid on competences possessed by employees of logistics enterprises. There are presented internal and external trainings offered by DHL, DB Schenker and Raben as noneconomic motivation system. The importance of motivation by higher salaries in TFL sector is also indicated. It was found that human resources have an impact on the company’s development process and they are a source of innovation. The analysis of human resources at DHL, DB Schenker and Raben is made.
