Evaluation of Functioning of Management Control in a Public Kindergarten in Słubice

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The paper shows evaluation of organization and functioning principles of management control in a public kindergarten with its management of risk, objectives, tasks and system of evaluation as the main elements of the management control system. Design/methodology/approach – Based on the current regulations, there were used analysis of documents of kindergarten. Findings – Apart from that in the paper one can find an example of evaluating criteria of management control in a kindergarten. Originality/value – The paper shows originality of the management control system in kindergarten description of some problems, and aim at correcting lapses before they are discovered during an external control.
