The Usefulness of Budgeting Business Projects Co-financed by the EU Funds

Summary/Abstract: The paper shows the usefulness of budgeting projects co-financed by the EUfunds. Based on the survey result, current regulations and literature, analysis of managerialevaluation of project budgeting were used. Apart from that, in the paper, one can findan example of developing and improving a business project. Description of some instrumentslike budgeting, audit that can identify control problems and aim at correcting lapses.
