Selected tools helpful in proceeding with a nonconforming product

Summary/Abstract: In my review I will demonstrate how tools used in the control of nonconforming products can improve the Quality Management System. Organizations are currently using various methods and techniques to correct nonconforming products and to actually prevent their occurrence. I will, however, review and analyze relationships between the chosen methods: the 5 Why Method, the Pareto-Lorenz Method, the Cause and Effect Diagram, The 8D Problem Solving Process, Entity Relationship Diagram and the Process Decision Program Chart (PDPC).
