Summary/Abstract: The requirements imposed on the Quality Management System of organizations mean that they now have to generate processes that allow them to shape the quality of their products at all stages in their life cycle. Technical literature sets out various methods, techniques, tools and other instruments which affect quality. These integrated elements work together allowing data to be captured and utilized to maintain the superior quality of products and provide support for the continuous improvement of the quality system.
