Summary/Abstract: The literature discovers a new meaning of the measurement and the opinion of the organization activities on the basis of its results. Performance means the result of certain deliberate actions. It comes into prominence when it is used in the decision process. It aims to create measures, which are/will be fundamental condition of the effective resources and tendency use to realize the strategic aims. Performance is about an ability to generate future results. The casual model lets generate future results. In this article a short review of measurement models has been presented. Described models show the specific attributes, which can help to identify the proper measure kits. It can be used to study effectiveness of organizations. The specific efficiency measurement system which appears in the organization should be the result of discussion between parties making decisions as well as managers of different levels. It concerns creating connected causal reports and choosing certain sets of indicators, which will help to coordinate performance of all interested parties in value-creating organization.
