Social responsibility in relations with stakeholders in the health care system

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to present social responsibility which is a new direction of changes in the strategic management of organizations. In comparison with the characteristics of this concept we attempted to describe the relations in the health care system and attempted to describe the mechanism of contracting the benefits between key stakeholders. The attention was paid to the selection of mechanism coordinating contractual framework of the stakeholder groups. Organizing of the stakeholder groups transactions can take place through the market, hierarchical structure or through trust. The paper shows that the organizational forms of allocation mechanism in the sector should be close to the values of social responsibility and should be based on trust.
