Quality costs of controlling

Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to identify possible sources of quality in the area of controlling, understood as an internal service provider in the enterprise. On this basis the structural three- -level model of quality costs of controlling is presented. The examples of the quality costs of controlling are shown that can occur in both pro-quality activities and also the situation of defects and faults in products of the controlling. Finally, the conclusions are drawn.
