Financing technological investments – analysis of measure 4 .3 technological credit in the Lodz voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: Based on the analysis of documents and reports of Polish institutions, the paper presents Measure 4.3 “Technological credit” IE OP 2007–2013. The aim of the paper is to present the results of studies on the implementation of Measure 4.3 IE OP in the Lodz voivodeship. Technological credit is an instrument which, through the mechanism of technological premium, reduces the risk of the project and impacts the propensity to invest in R&D. The results of the study indicate that the use of technological credit funds available in the years 2007–2013 had a positive impact on the operation of enterprises.
