The role of innovation in the modern enterprise – case study of an enterprise from the SME sector

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to characterize the importance of innovation in contemporary enterprises and the indication of practical solutions in the field of capacity building innovative, as well as the development of the propensity for innovation and the innovative ability of the chosen one companies from the SME sector. The features were indicated by analysis of the selected company and what constitutes its innovative business potential. The interview was conducted with the business owner who has introduced new products/services to the market in the last three years.
