Summary/Abstract: The article examines some of the major changes in Administrative Procedure Code, concerning enforcement of administrative acts and judgment of Administrative courts and Supreme Administrative Court. The article tries to explains some of the major questions, related with the enforcement. Accent is placed on the institute of the limitation and the opportunity of the debtor to invoke of the expiry of the limitation period during the enforcement process.
