Summary/Abstract: The article examines some of the major elements of the procedure of аppeals of decisions, actions and inactions of contracting entities under the public procurement act. The report examines the functions of Commission for protection of competition, stages of appeal and some of the disputable issues. A short analysis of the court decisions is made.
