Summary/Abstract: The article is a”remember” of some anciens analyses concerning the utility of adopting a Code of administrative Procedure, both for the public administration authorities and for the administrative jurisdiction. The entire administrative doctrine supports the need for such regulation, although the current government’s tendency is to adopt an Administrative Code. The first will be dedicated to procedural field of administrative law while the second will be dedicated to material field of administrative law. The Romanian government has adopted already a governmental decision concerning the preliminary theses of the draft of the Code of Administrative Procedure, nine years ago and also, he adopted a governmental decision concerning the preliminary theses of the draft of an Administrative Code, one year ago. The analyse is about the differences between the two regulations but also about the importance for the practitioners of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
