Summary/Abstract: For the first time in an administrative court, Magistrates’s Association in Romania appealed to the Court of Appeal Bucharest a Decree of the President of Romania for nomination of a judge of the Constitutional Court, requesting its cancellation. The Decision (of interpretation) of the Constitutional Court is a new ‘’lesson of law’’ offered – binding for the future – to the courts, more precisely, to the administrative courts of Romania. The Constitutional Court has overstepped the threshold of a decision of interpretation that we got used to in recent years, in the case of some notifications, but not always when it could have been done it.
