Legal certainty as a derivate of the fair trial right in Slovakia after recodification of civil procedure

Summary/Abstract: The article analyze one of the key principle of the new slovak legislature of civil litigation. Civil contencious code declares the main principles for the first time in the history of civil legislation in the Slovak republic. The principle of legal certainty has to stabilize the anticipation of judicial decisions of the whole court system in the Slovak republic, as a material side of a rule of law.
