Summary/Abstract: This analytical paper focuses on the ongoing works on the recodification of the law of civil procedure in Slovakia. The paper introduces and presents the most relevant changes to the Slovak Civil Procedure Code and offers the closer examination of the reform of remedial measures included in the re-codification proposal.
