Some legal aspects of the migration crisis and its solution in the light of the Courts Judgement C-443/14 and C-444/14

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the current legal issues of the migration crisis at the level of the EU. The contribution especially analyses the system of quotas in the framework of the temporary emergency relocation scheme, which was introduced by the Council´s Decision 2015/1601 and the eventual impacts of the envisaged new permanent relocation scheme. The author gathers from conclusions of the Court´s Decision in joint cases C-443/14 and C-444/14 concerning the interpretation of the relevant terms in the field of the migration and asylum policy
