CURRENT TRENDS IN THE LEGAL DISPUTES IN THE LABOR LAW OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Summary/Abstract: This article examines the issue of labor disputes from the perspective of the current legal regulations. The author focuses on the definition of basic concepts and rules in terms of the Labor Code, as well as in terms of legislation to address them in standards of civil procedural law. By looking at the historical aspects of dispute resolution author provides the reader into research problems. Then it defines labor disputes and ways to address them in terms of not only current but also the new legislation still ineffective.
